Never underestimate the importance of carrying ID with you when you run. Most exercise enthusiasts, whether training or simply taking the dog out for a walk, head out the door with no ID whatsoever! If an emergency or an accident were to happen and you have no ID...you are ANONYMOUS! When walking, running, riding or training outdoors, you should carry ID that includes your name, an emergency contact phone number and any allergies or medical conditions you may have. Staying safe ‘on the run’ is paramount, so when you fly out the door, don’t just pull on your running shoes.
