It is important to read our returns and exchanges policy before making a purchase. If you need to arrange a refund or exchange, please call or email FLY Active prior to returning any product. 

Returns & Exchanges Policy

FLY Active are happy to exchange an item should you change your mind or require a different size, as long as it is in the same condition that it was sent to you, unused, unopened and returned within 30 days of original dispatch.

The cost of postage will be at your expense, unless the product is faulty.

How to Return Items

Please call or email FLY Active prior to returning any product.

To return the item(s), package the product securely and enclose your email receipt, reason for returning the item(s), and send to FLY Active Returns Department, 10 Currajong St, West Footscray, Victoria, Australia, 3012.

Once we have received the returned products, your exchange will be processed within 48 hours and dispatched within 7 working days. Refunds for faulty product(s) will be processed within 7 working days and credit the original account of payment.

Please note: FLY Active does not accept responsibility for returned products that go missing and do not reach us. It is recommended that you return products with a tracking number.
