Why should I take my ID with me when training?

Never underestimate the importance of carrying ID with you when you run. Most exercise enthusiasts, whether training or simply taking the dog out for a walk, head out the door with no ID whatsoever! If an emergency or an accident were to happen and you have no ID...you are ANONYMOUS! When walking, running, riding or training outdoors, you should carry ID that includes your name, an emergency contact phone number and any allergies or medical conditions you may have. Staying safe ‘on the run’ is paramount, so when you fly out the door, don’t just pull on your running shoes.

Does coffee really help before or after a run?

I've heard that coffee helps to speed up muscle recovery after a run. Is this true? I love to make my run social by running with a couple of friends finished with a coffee - that's why the Tan is so great! But I'm not sure whether we should be having coffee after running. I've heard mixed reports.
